Paysafe integrated Jumio’s Document and Identity Verification solutions to let customers capture ID and proof-of-address documents via smartphone, with automated data extraction and verification. The change cut onboarding from days to minutes, reduced manual reviews, improved mobile and desktop UX, and materially increased conversions, while enabling global scale (supporting 3,500 ID subtypes and leveraging Jumio’s verification of 300M identities across 200+ countries).
