Biossance Relies on Julius to Select and Vet Beauty Influencers

Biossance, the fast‑growing sustainable skincare brand, needed a reliable way to source and vet influencers as it scaled influencer marketing to drive brand awareness. To run campaigns in‑house alongside agency work, Biossance adopted the Julius influencer marketing platform for its cross‑platform discovery and thorough vetting of creators across YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.

Using Julius, Biossance’s team and Julius’s customer success group vetted creators via Reach, Engagement and Audience insights, built shortlists, and managed cross‑platform activations. The approach supported high‑profile year‑long influencer contracts and a fall 2018 campaign with three mid‑tier YouTube creators that, when cross‑promoted on Instagram, delivered more than 3.5 million impressions, ~150,000 engagements, a 4% engagement rate, $13 CPM and a CPE of $0.34 — outcomes Biossance attributes to using Julius.
