Support4Sport Awards is an annual, multi-sport contest with 11 award categories, two nomination form types and two rounds of judging — each with different judges and criteria. The major challenge was engaging a target group of 55 provincial sports organisations and managing one nomination per sport/per category amid complex submission and scoring requirements. To address this, Support4Sport Awards partnered with Judgify and its Judgify platform to streamline the process.
Judgify built a customized system with a user-friendly interface, template updates, and tools to track/search/edit/export entries, plus administration of the judging rounds and ongoing setup support. As a result, the Judgify platform delivered a seamless submission and scoring process that made it easier for entrants and judges; this year 40 sports organisations participated and 175 nominations/award winners were processed.
