The solution implemented by JSCAPE involved creating a custom trigger function called GetDiskUsageInPercentile. This function was integrated into an automated process that checks the disk usage at a set time each day. When usage exceeded a predefined threshold of 80%, the JSCAPE solution automatically triggered an email alert to notify administrators, including the specific usage percentage to inform their response.
