Friends of the Osa protects 4,200 acres of rainforest with JSCAPE

Friends of the Osa (FOO), a nonprofit conservation organization, faced the challenge of protecting the immense biodiversity of Costa Rica's remote Osa Peninsula. JSCAPE supported this mission through its JSCAPE Cares program, which empowers employees to choose charitable organizations to donate to.

Through a donation initiated by JSCAPE employee Leo Salas, JSCAPE provided direct support to FOO's conservation efforts. The results of this contribution include the active stewardship of 4,200 acres of rainforest and the protection of more than 16,000 sea turtle hatchlings over two nesting seasons through FOO's Sea Turtle Conservation Program.
