LPKF Laser & Electronics, a German provider of laser manufacturing solutions, wanted to give employees a greater stake in the business and support recruitment in a tight German labor market. The company needed a simple, affordable employee share plan that could work across jurisdictions, but found that many providers were unwilling or unable to support its requirements.

J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions helped LPKF launch a discounted share purchase plan, bringing in its Global Compliance team to support the rollout. Five weeks later, the plan was launched to the entire company with a 47.7% enrolment rate, and LPKF said the J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions team made the process straightforward and manageable.
