How Global Shares onboarded close to 10,000 participants for Amadeus with a seriously tight deadline

Amadeus agreed to join J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions in January 2019 and needed to implement more than 9,300 participants across three global plans in less than nine weeks. The project involved an Employee Share Purchase Plan, a Performance Share Plan and a Restricted Share Plan, with participants in more than 30 countries and 200,000+ transactions spanning seven years.

J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions supported the rollout by managing implementation, global enrolment and account activation before the May 20 go-live date. From mid-February to July, the team completed full implementation of the three plans, more than two-thirds of participants activated their accounts within the first couple of weeks, ESPP enrolment reached more than a 40% take-up, and more than 5,000 participants received matching share vesting, alongside the main grant, vesting, AGM voting and dividend processing.
