How Campari Group introduced their first all-employee share plan

Campari Group, the Milan-based premium spirits company, wanted to introduce its first all-employee share plan across a workforce spread over 24 countries. Working with J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions, the company had to address a new ESOP structure, different tax and regulatory requirements, and varying levels of employee familiarity with share plans.

J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions supported the launch with an online Equity Gateway portal, eight-language communications, activation emails, enrolment reminders, and SSO access. The campaign helped more than 51% of eligible participants sign up by the end of the two-month registration window, with more than 1,600 of 3,200 eligible employees expressing confidence in Campari Group’s future prospects.
