Using Joyned’s live, cross-website shopping and invite-based collaboration, the company enabled shoppers to shop and decide together onsite. Joyned reported that invitees spent about 40% more on average than regular visitors, with no negative impact on the initiator’s conversion rate or average order value. On average, each Travel Booking session brought 0.95 friends with 38.3% higher LTV, while Fashion sessions brought 0.40 friends with 40.4% higher LTV.
