W Squared Takes Control of Time and Expenses Using Journyx for Dynamics GP

W Squared, a business process outsourcing firm serving finance, HR, payroll and healthcare clients, needed a time and expense system that integrated with Microsoft Dynamics GP and ADP and could be customized to enforce complex business rules. After issues with their previous Deltek system — which allowed incorrect overtime and outdated expense entries — W Squared selected Journyx (Journyx for Dynamics GP) to provide tighter controls and payroll/project data capture for billing and profitability analysis.

Journyx implemented a customized time-tracking solution with multi-level approvals, seamless integration to Dynamics GP and ADP, and a rapid rollout to 800 employees with minimal training. The result was simplified processes, more accurate billing and project profitability data, and a system that is easy to maintain; W Squared is expanding Journyx internally and offering it alongside Dynamics GP and ADP to clients.
