Tides Captures and Measures Their Cost-to-Serve Using Journyx

Tides, a nonprofit founded in 1976 that manages extensive grantmaking and nonprofit services, needed a reliable way to capture and measure its cost-to-serve so it could manage staff time, internal allocations, and the sustainability of its service model.
