Telelogic, a global developer of enterprise software for systems and software lifecycle management, faced a time- and expense-reporting problem: teams relied on spreadsheets that were labor-intensive, error-prone and provided little value for reporting or analytics. Professional Services, distributed across North America and Australia, needed an online, browser-based solution and selected Journyx Timesheet for its ease of use, configurability, reporting capabilities and price.

Journyx implemented Timesheet across Telelogic—about 50 Professional Services staff in North America, 10 in Australia, and 250+ employees reporting expenses—eliminating paper receipts with file attachments and integrating Timesheet with Telelogic’s General Ledger. Journyx’s solution became the system of record, automating accounts receivable/invoicing, payroll expense reimbursement and bonus generation; the company reports the equivalent of at least one full-time position eliminated, consistent GL data, and routine analytical reporting that drove significant operational improvements.
