Stock & Option Solutions Gains Greater Visibility to Project "Big Picture" With Journyx

Stock & Option Solutions (SOS), a provider of stock plan administration and equity consulting used by hundreds of organizations, struggled with manual Excel timesheets that produced incorrect project codes, costly re-keying, and limited visibility into how employee time was spent. SOS selected Journyx and its web-based Journyx Timesheet (with Journyx AccountLink to QuickBooks) to provide a cost-effective, quickly implemented timesheet and expense management solution.

Journyx implemented Timesheet and AccountLink to capture employee time and import it into QuickBooks, giving SOS a real-time “big picture” view of project costs and billing. As a result, SOS reduced re-keying effort equivalent to at least one full-time person, cut down on wrong project codes, introduced an approval process to catch errors earlier, and improved project scoping and cost visibility.
