RFA Engineering, an engineering and product‑development firm with over 400 employees, was collecting time with individual spreadsheets and an Access database and manually entering payroll into Dynamics GP, which caused slow approvals, invoicing errors, and time‑consuming payroll entry. Journyx deployed its time‑tracking solution with Dynamics GP integration, PTO and QBH accrual tracking, and Reportlink for Excel, moving RFA from a completely manual process to a fully automated one. As a result, RFA eliminated manual PTO cards, cut most payroll entry time, centralized data for easy syncing with Dynamics GP, and gave 400+ employees remote access—reducing approval delays and invoicing adjustments thanks to Journyx.
