Pharmacy Healthcare Solutions (PHS), one of the nation’s largest health system–dedicated consulting firms, needed to replace a cumbersome, homegrown Excel time-tracking system that didn’t link to payroll or finance. PHS selected Journyx and its Journyx Timesheet solution to automate time and expense collection for project billing, payroll processing and employee leave tracking.

Journyx implemented its Timesheet SaaS platform and integrated it with PHS’s local systems, providing 24/7 availability and removing IT overhead. Journyx Timesheet is used by 90–100 employees on more than 1,000 projects and feeds hours directly to HR for payroll for about 50% of staff; the rollout automated payroll for non-exempt employees, saved hours of work each week, reduced human error, streamlined revenue and expense submissions to finance, and increased consultant productivity.
