Novar Professional Services had been tracking time only for payroll, so they selected Journyx and deployed Journyx Timesheet to capture per-person, per-project labor data.

Journyx implemented Journyx Timesheet to deliver real-time, per-person/per-project time and cost data; Novar pulls raw data monthly for Finance to analyze account profitability and sales labor and uses billable and productive utilization reports at the manager level. As a result, Journyx automated payroll, billing and cost accounting, improved visibility into resource utilization, and enabled Novar to identify unprofitable accounts and adjust pricing or resource allocation to maximize profitability and productivity.
