NFHA Saves Thousands in Overhead Costs Using Journyx

The National Fair Housing Alliance (NFHA), a Washington, DC–based nonprofit dedicated to ending housing discrimination, was struggling with time-consuming, manual time tracking in Excel. Seeking a solution with cost centers, reporting, approvals and easy export, NFHA selected Journyx and its Timesheet product to meet those needs.

Journyx implemented Timesheet for time tracking and project management, enabling staff to enter time in the office or on the road, allowing managers to review and approve hours, and letting accounting import monthly data into the general ledger for payroll, billing and invoicing. As a result, NFHA reports substantial time savings that have reduced overhead—about a half‑person in accounting, roughly $25,000—and improved the speed and accuracy of reporting and payroll processes.
