Newedge, a global multi-asset brokerage with 3,000+ employees and operations in more than 20 locations, faced a critical gap: it had no system to track IT staff time against projects for billing and governance. To solve this, Newedge selected Journyx and its Timesheet product to capture employee hours, project allocations and support invoicing needs.
Journyx Timesheet was deployed for time tracking, project management, invoicing and payroll for non-exempt staff, and it is used to rebill internal customers for IT services. As a result, Journyx helped Newedge stay on target for mandated project hours, gave managers visibility to reallocate headcount, enabled prompt rebilling to other departments, and will reduce overhead by replacing an external maintenance contract through Timesheet’s leave-absence functionality.
