NCR Gains Greater Understanding of Employee Productivity Using Journyx

NCR, a global technology company, lacked visibility into how employees spent their time until they worked with Journyx to implement Journyx Timesheet. Facing the common challenge of no reliable time-tracking data, NCR engaged Journyx (including hands-on local trial access) to assess needs, address concerns, and drive adoption across the organization.

Journyx deployed a configurable time-tracking solution for 175 employees and contractors at two engineering sites, enabling approval workflows for timesheets and projects and tracking billable work, customer support, and absenteeism. Journyx also supported backend interfaces for payroll exceptions, accounting exports, and a year-to-date Excel pivot summary. As a result, NCR gained more accurate cost data, improved ability to refine future estimates from historical data, and new analytic capabilities from pivot tables and accounting extracts.
