LGR Telecommunications, an ICT solutions provider, faced growing pains as rapid expansion made its manual time‑tracking process unmanageable—requiring extra staff to extract hours, projects, leave and overtime data. Journyx deployed Journyx Timesheet for time tracking, invoicing and leave/overtime management, with ProjectXecute under evaluation for project management. The solution gave LGR instant visibility into hours by project, task and user, standardized tasks and project names across departments, simplified approvals and reporting, improved staffing visibility and budgeting, and enabled measurement of accrued hours to keep projects on‑track and within budget—reducing overhead and improving project reporting.
