Highmark Companies, a professional services firm with offices in North Carolina and Virginia, needed a time-tracking system that supported semi-monthly pay periods without workarounds, offered an intuitive, brandable interface, and integrated with QuickBooks. After evaluating many options, Highmark selected Journyx and its Journyx Timesheet product to replace their previous system.

Journyx implemented Timesheet for 75 employees, consultants, and subcontractors, integrating timesheets directly with QuickBooks to drive payroll, vendor payments, and client invoicing. As a result, Journyx streamlined Highmark’s timekeeping, payroll, vendor billing, and invoicing processes, reduced overhead and administrative burden, eliminated payroll and billing errors, and positioned Highmark to grow significantly without increasing back-office staff.
