CRWRC Uses Journyx to Meet Complex Grant Reporting Needs

CRWRC (the Christian Reformed World Relief Committee) faced inefficient, Excel‑based time tracking for staff working across remote and low‑bandwidth locations, which required faxes, emails and manual recompilation to meet complex U.S. and Canadian grant reporting and signature requirements. To address these challenges, CRWRC selected Journyx and implemented Journyx Timesheet to centralize timesheet entry, enable electronic signatures, and support low‑bandwidth access.

Journyx configured the system to meet multiple grantors’ reporting rules, provide unique user IDs for compliant electronic approvals, and retain sheet histories as an audit trail. As a result, Journyx Timesheet eliminated time spent chasing signatures and reduced staff time compiling reports, produced automatically compilable grant reports for charging costs and matching, and gave CRWRC visibility into staff workloads so they can better allocate personnel and adjust future grant budgets.
