Bernard Hodes Gains Better Insight Into the Value They Bring to Clients with Journyx

Bernard Hodes Group, a global talent management and staffing firm and part of Omnicom, needed reliable time-tracking to understand how it was spending resources and the value delivered to clients. After a prior system fell into disuse, Bernard Hodes Group turned to Journyx and implemented Journyx Timesheet as a SaaS solution to capture time against work requests and projects.

Journyx integrated Timesheet with the firm’s job request/ticketing system via API and enabled user-defined fields and analytics to “slice and dice” activity by time, project, performer, and requestor. With about 80 Timesheet users generating more than 100,000 time records on over 25,000 tickets in a year, Bernard Hodes Group now uses Journyx data to tune resource allocation, measure client value, and drive management decisions — and plans to expand Timesheet use across the organization.
