South Australia Courts Administration Authority streamlines 110K+ cases a year with Journal Technologies

The South Australia Courts Administration Authority sought to modernize its operations by merging two separate systems into a single, highly configurable case management solution. The customer also aimed to extend its information and services to the public online. They partnered with Journal Technologies to implement the eCourt platform to meet this challenge.

Journal Technologies worked closely with the Authority to implement eCourt and its public portal in three stages between 2018 and 2022. This solution streamlined operations across 36 locations, improving both access to and the delivery of justice for the over 110,000 cases handled annually. The successful implementation by Journal Technologies provided the court with the flexible and configurable system it required for future reforms.
