YMCA Colombia increases organizational impact with Jotform

YMCA Colombia, part of the World Alliance of YMCAs, needed a better way to manage applications, documents, and approvals for its bilingual and international programs. The organization had been relying on paper-based paperwork and manual signatures, which created inefficiencies and made it harder to handle large amounts of participant data. Jotform was introduced to help digitize forms and streamline data collection.

With Jotform, YMCA Colombia built application forms, interview scheduling forms, approval workflows, and e-signature processes using tools like Jotform Tables, Google Sheets integration, Jotform Workflows, and Jotform Sign. The result was faster processing, automated certificate delivery, improved internal reporting, and safer training record management. Jotform also helped YMCA Colombia scale its programs, increasing U.S. summer camp participation from 120–180 participants in 2018 to about 380 recently.
