Miami-Dade County Public Schools automates complex processes with Jotform Enterprise

Miami-Dade County Public Schools, the third largest school district in the United States, needed a better way to manage a wide range of complex, high-volume workflows across its schools and district offices. Assistant Superintendent Daniel Mateo looked to Jotform Enterprise, including its HIPAA-friendly server, to streamline everything from conference registration and summer school sign-ups to IT support requests, staff attendance, and state-mandated objection processes.

Using Jotform Enterprise, Miami-Dade County Public Schools automated approvals, e-signatures, audit trails, conditional logic, prefill, single sign-on, branded forms, and dashboard integrations. The district says the platform replaced an incredibly complex state process, improved accuracy, and saved significant staff time by eliminating manual data entry and automating routing, notifications, and recordkeeping across 345 schools, with one form workflow supporting the district’s annual conference for roughly 2,000 attendees and many other ongoing processes.
