Maryville College faced a need to modernize its paper-based and CMS-bound forms to accept cashless payments and streamline registrations for camps, events, housing and merchandise. Using Jotform’s responsive forms, payment processing, reusable templates, collaboration links and Google Drive/Sheets integration, Maryville centralized data collection, maintained consistent branded forms, and made PDF exports available for NCAA reporting. The result: the college now handles registrations and payments across departments (with ~10 faculty accounts plus another 10–15 collaborators), shares form data via Google Sheets without extra logins, and no longer needs to search for alternative solutions — all delivered by Jotform.
