To solve this challenge, the team turned to Jotform Enterprise to build a simple front-end for collecting video and form data from seniors and caregivers.

With Jotform Enterprise, Sterling Administration created a three-question form with video upload that feeds into an AI workflow for gait and balance analysis, helping generate risk reports, exercise recommendations, and diagnosis codes in about 3.5 minutes. The solution replaced paper forms, supported HIPAA-compliant data handling, improved reporting, and saved significant time compared with a traditional orthopedist gait analysis that can take 2–4 hours, while Jotform Enterprise also enabled flexible customization and fast support.
