How RockTape Gets a Marketing Boost Using JotForm

RockTape, a California-based maker of kinesiology tape, depends on medical professionals (massage therapists, physical therapists, chiropractors, athletic trainers) as key customers but needed a way to collect detailed qualification data (medical license numbers, course completion, comments) and generate leads. To solve this, RockTape implemented embedded, custom-designed application forms using Jotform on its site.

Jotform provided customizable, secure forms (application, contact, athlete registration, dealer application) with conditional logic, integrations, and Form Analytics, enabling RockTape to both qualify professionals and track marketing performance. The contact form alone has captured tens of thousands of responses, and Jotform’s analytics let RockTape identify which duplicated forms and campaigns drove the most business.
