The team was relying on fax machines and paper forms, and customers had long asked for an online alternative that could work with their EMR environment. OrthoIllinois turned to Jotform Enterprise to digitize data collection and streamline form workflows.

With Jotform Enterprise, OrthoIllinois replaced faxed paper forms with dynamic online forms, added conditional logic, connected submissions to Google Drive, and built Jotform Tables and Reports for live analytics. Bill Coller also created a barcode-scanning package-tracking app that reduced manual data entry from 100% to almost zero. As a result, OrthoIllinois improved user experience, gained actionable business insights, and quickly expanded digital workflows across departments using Jotform Enterprise.
