A Jotform Case Study
Midtown Educational Foundation, a Chicago nonprofit that runs the Midtown Center for Boys and the Metro Achievement Center for Girls, needed a simple, no-code way to collect donations and manage event registrations while minimizing fees. When Chelsea Gibson led a website overhaul, she discovered Squarespace’s Stripe integration was doubling processing costs, so Midtown sought a more flexible payment and form solution and turned to Jotform (using Jotform’s nonprofit/custom forms and payment integrations).
Jotform let Midtown switch to a lower-fee processor (Authorize.Net), build customizable donation forms with tailored thank-you emails, and run integrated event registration and ticketing that redirects donors back to their site. By using Jotform, Midtown Educational Foundation now saves more than $8,000 a year in processing fees, streamlines donor and attendee workflows, and frees up staff time to focus on programs for Chicago’s youth.
