A Jotform Case Study
Women’s Wilderness is a Boulder, Colorado nonprofit that provides inclusive outdoor programs for girls, women, and nonbinary individuals. As participation and programming grew, the team needed a more efficient way to handle registrations, RSVPs, gear requests, onboarding, and other data collection tasks, and they turned to Jotform because it was both user-friendly and affordable for a nonprofit.
Jotform helped Women’s Wilderness automate these administrative workflows with forms, Google Sheets integration, HIPAA-compliant data collection features, and donation tools with payment integrations like Stripe. As a result, the nonprofit saved time, reduced manual work, and was able to manage over 800 participants and 200 days of programming each year with fewer hours spent on admin, allowing staff to focus more on empowering participants.
