A Jotform Case Study
Skate Like a Girl is a nonprofit that runs inclusive summer camps across Seattle, Portland, and the San Francisco Bay Area, serving more than 7,000 skaters each year. Facing a surge of registrations concentrated in a roughly two-and-a-half-month window, the organization needed an affordable, all‑in‑one information management tool to handle camp enrollment, payment collection, medical forms, volunteer and employment applications — so they turned to Jotform for online forms and data collection.
Using Jotform, Skate Like a Girl built robust registration forms that capture names, pronouns, medical information, liability signatures and payments, and linked submissions to Google Sheets and other integrations from Jotform’s catalog. The switch eliminated manual printing and errors, delivered automated emails for payments and donations, gave staff real‑time visibility into gear needs and medical alerts, and preserved program funds through Jotform’s 50% nonprofit discount—helping the camps that produce roughly 60–70% of the organization’s revenue run more efficiently.
