How CitizenShipper uses Jotform to reunite thousands of pets with their loved ones

CitizenShipper is a peer-to-peer shipping marketplace that helps move hard-to-ship items like cars, boats, motorcycles, and pets. Its biggest challenge was making USDA animal transport applications mobile-friendly for drivers working on the go, while also handling signatures, internal requests, and other workflows more efficiently. CitizenShipper turned to Jotform, using tools like Smart PDF Forms, Jotform Sign, and Jotform Workflows.

With Jotform, CitizenShipper converted paper PDF applications into mobile-friendly forms that automatically turn back into USDA-ready PDFs on submission, and it has sent more than 7,000 PDFs to the USDA so far. Jotform also improved signature tracking and automated internal approvals, while integrations with Mixpanel, Customer.io, Slack, Google Sheets, and Pipedream streamlined data sharing across systems. According to CitizenShipper, Jotform has significantly reduced manual work and helped create a smoother experience for both drivers and employees.
