How a TV Station Uses JotForm to Educate a Community

CET (WCET), Cincinnati’s PBS TV station serving more than 2 million people, needed a fast, low‑maintenance alternative to its Drupal forms after moving the site to Django. With a small nonprofit staff and limited developer time, CET sought an easy way to collect volunteer signups, class registrations, contacts, and internal video requests without spending days coding forms — so they adopted Jotform’s embeddable online forms.

Using Jotform, CET implemented volunteer signup forms, workshop registration forms (with PayPal integration), contact forms, and internal video request workflows, all embedded on their site. The solution streamlined administrative work for staff, sped up signups and fee collection, and enabled the volunteer program that helps the station save over $300,000 annually in labor costs — demonstrating clear time and cost efficiencies from Jotform’s forms.
