Eat Ballard, a volunteer initiative supported by Ballard’s restaurants, bars, cafés and breweries and run through a popular website and Facebook page, needed a better way to manage an influx of donation requests from local schools, clubs and nonprofits. To streamline the process they turned to Jotform’s form builder to collect and organize requests.

Using Jotform, Eat Ballard embedded a custom form on their site to centralize, screen, track and fulfill donation requests with data stored and exportable in PDF, Excel and CSV formats. The Jotform solution helped volunteers coordinate over 200 matches and raised an estimated $20,000 for local schools and nonprofits.
