Bloominari, a San Diego full-service marketing agency founded by Jaime Nacach, struggled with time-consuming administrative work—Jaime was manually copying lead information from his old website into a CRM while running an eight-person team. Jotform forms are now embedded across the Bloominari site for general inquiries, quotes, bookings, and branded job applications (with dropdowns, file uploads, date selectors, etc.), automating data capture and eliminating manual copy‑paste into the CRM. By using Jotform, Jaime streamlined lead management, sped up candidate screening without a dedicated HR team, freed up time for business development, and made it easier for Bloominari to scale.
