How a professor uses Jotform Tables to manage student appointments

Hanseo University, a private university in South Korea, needed a more efficient way to manage high volumes of student appointments for its English Cafe. With more than 2,000 students able to access the program, the university wanted to avoid the confusion of manual in-person reservations and keep meeting schedules organized.

Using Jotform, IT administrator Randy Tolentino built a mobile-friendly reservation form with a QR code, weekly appointment planner, conditional logic, and autoresponder emails. He then used Jotform Tables to organize bookings by day and time, display them on a monitor for students, and manage related hiring forms as well. The result was a faster, more orderly reservation process that helped Hanseo University better manage traffic and streamline data tracking and reporting with Jotform.
