How a fintech firm uses Jotform and Salesforce to help home buyers

Uqual, a fintech company that helps mortgage professionals prepare home buyers for their next loan opportunity, needed a faster way to import lead data from enterprise partners into its Salesforce CRM. As its partnerships grew, the company wanted a solution that could handle high-volume lead passing quickly and support a new top 15 mortgage lender partnership on a tight timeline. Jotform, including its Form Builder and Salesforce integration, became the tool Uqual used to meet that need.

With Jotform, Uqual built and launched a lead transfer workflow in about a week instead of the months a custom solution could have taken. By sending data directly into Salesforce and, later, using Jotform for Salesforce to eliminate Zapier as an intermediary, Uqual reduced lead-generation delays from four to five minutes and cut extra integration costs. The result was a faster, more agile partnership process and a smoother experience for Uqual, its partners, and prospective homeowners.
