A Jotform Case Study
Literacy Pittsburgh, the largest literacy organization in its region, faced challenges with a lengthy, paper-based intake process for new students. This analog system, which required in-person meetings, led to errors, missing information, and redundant data entry that hampered staff productivity. To modernize this critical first step, they turned to vendor Jotform to digitize their forms.
Using Jotform, the organization converted its intricate paper forms into online PDFs with conditional logic, tailoring questions to different student backgrounds. They also built a centralized employee collaboration app to streamline workflows. The solution eliminated duplicate data entry, freed up staff to focus on student support, and provided the flexibility to meet students' varying needs, making the intake process far more efficient and effective.
