Body Brave, a nonprofit providing eating disorder treatment, support, training, and education in Ontario, needed a secure way to manage registrations, surveys, bookings, and data sharing while meeting HIPAA, PIPEDA, and Canadian data residency requirements. Using Jotform Enterprise, Body Brave consolidated forms, surveys, reporting, secure collaboration, and e-signatures in one platform, including Jotform Tables, Reports, Teams, and Jotform Sign. Jotform Enterprise helped them automate onboarding, improve data segmentation, support cross-organization research, and streamline signatures, saving about 5 hours per week and 120 hours in the first six months while improving client access to care and turnaround times.
