Aish Detroit, a community-based nonprofit focused on strengthening families, needed to move away from inefficient paper forms while preserving Salesforce as the core of its data operations. Jotform provided the solution with its Salesforce integration, including prefilled forms and the Jotform for Salesforce app, which lets users create forms from Salesforce fields and sync data more efficiently. As a result, Aish Detroit reduced reliance on Zapier, simplified hundreds of workflows, improved collaboration with Google Workspace and volunteers, and created a smoother experience for users through faster, more personalized form submissions.
