Bellface, a leading Japanese online sales system provider, faced significant challenges managing SaaS and device accounts due to its rapid growth. Decentralized purchasing and manual processes were causing communication inefficiencies and high costs, issues that were especially critical as the company prepared for a public listing. The vendor Josys was selected to address these operational pain points.

By implementing its solution, Josys centralized the management of approximately 15 SaaS services and 680 devices, integrating them with the employee ledger. This enabled Bellface to visualize all assets and streamline its onboarding and offboarding processes. As a result, the time spent on these tasks was cut in half, achieving an annual cost saving of 3 million yen for the company.
