One Workplace goes from SharePoint to ‘on point’ with Jostle

One Workplace, a 500-person company with four locations that designs more efficient organizational workspaces, struggled with a one-dimensional SharePoint intranet that failed to connect employees and meet five core needs: better corporate communication, stronger employee connections, an effective org chart, easier search, and support for remote workers.

After evaluating options they launched Jostle in August 2016 and branded their new intranet “OneNet.” Using Jostle’s NEWS, PEOPLE, LIBRARY and recognition features plus a targeted launch campaign, they improved search, decentralized content management, increased cross‑department visibility and employee recognition. The platform quickly became active—35+ NEWS contributors—enriched company culture, streamlined communication and helped them win Jostle’s 2016 Rookie of the Year (Enterprise) award.
