Buckingham Strategic Wealth is a growing advisory firm with more than 250 employees spread across 19 U.S. offices. As the firm expanded, its distinctive, people‑focused culture became harder to sustain across dispersed locations, so leadership looked for a way to keep employees connected and preserve the approachable, collaborative spirit that defines the company.

In February 2015 Buckingham launched the Jostle intranet and used features like Shout‑Outs, NEWS Articles, LIBRARY and location spotlights (BuckCribs) to share milestones, recognize colleagues, and showcase office life. Backed by a dedicated Intranet Community Team, the platform moved much communication off email, strengthened camaraderie and collaboration, and helped Buckingham maintain a thriving culture—achieving about 96% employee engagement.
