Ultimate Medical Academy (UMA) is a healthcare training institution that enrolls thousands of students through online and Florida campus programs. Because most of UMA’s monthly leads came from outside vendors, the marketing team lacked visibility into lead origins and quality, making it hard to screen out low-performing or potentially non-compliant leads under evolving TCPA rules.
UMA implemented Jornaya’s lead-intelligence suite to reveal attributes like true lead age, frequency of appearance, fraud risk and buyer saturation. Using these insights to filter leads (notably those flagged for fraud, sold to more than four buyers, or seen multiple times in a week) improved start rates, reduced wasted admissions effort, and materially increased the quality of enrollments.
