Joonbot's solution was a chatbot widget embedded directly into the event registration pages, requiring no coding and offering a quick setup. This implementation resulted in 88% of all runner questions being answered automatically by the Joonbot, achieving a ticket deflection ratio of 8:1 and saving the RunEvent team a significant amount of time.
