Chick-fil-A operator Ryan needed a way to enforce standardized training, reduce reliance on “tribal knowledge,” make key information easily accessible, and improve accountability across his restaurant. Routine checklists and procedures (kitchen, leadership, ordering, etc.) were being inconsistently followed and hard to track.

He put checklists into Jolt, attaching specific eTRAIN pages to each task, and used the Jolt Information Library for contacts, policies, and guides. The system automatically records who completes tasks and supports photo/QR evidence plus overdue notifications—resulting in a large increase in accountability and tasks being completed correctly and on time, with clearer visibility into team performance.
