Shyfter, a startup founded in 2016 that helps organizations digitize staff planning, scheduling, and HR operations, needed a better way to hire as it scaled quickly. After trying other hiring tools, the team found it was getting plenty of applications but too many were low quality, automated, or irrelevant, while also looking for a more cost-effective recruiting process. Join.com’s job posting and candidate management tools were used to address these challenges.

With Join.com, Shyfter increased both application volume and candidate quality, receiving about 10–15 applications per day for 8 open roles and landing hires such as a customer success team member and a frontend developer. The company also reduced spending on larger job boards like LinkedIn and Indeed because more candidates came through Join.com’s free version, saving an estimated 4 hours a week on recruiting and supporting plans to double the team size yearly.
