GoStudent, a global learning platform for online one-to-one tutoring, was scaling rapidly across Europe and beyond, growing from around 150 employees to support a hypergrowth phase. The main challenge was to keep attracting qualified international talent quickly while offering candidates a smooth, low-friction application experience and reaching the right job boards for roles in sales, customer success, and tutor operations. GoStudent used JOIN’s talent attraction software, including its job editor, candidate management, promote features, and annual subscription.

With JOIN, GoStudent could create job ads quickly, multipost them across platforms such as Indeed and XING, and collaborate internally on hiring campaigns more efficiently. JOIN helped streamline the candidate journey, reduce dropouts, and support continuous hiring during growth. The result was strong recruiting support for GoStudent’s expansion: its team increased tenfold in less than 1.5 years, reaching more than 2,000 employees, and it was using 25 job ad slots with JOIN while three team members posted jobs each week.
